We ship worldwide from our studio with care.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location. If you need your order by a specific date, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.

Return & Exchange Policy

Each Dreamland piece is handmade with care, which means returns and exchanges can only be accepted under limited conditions:

• Sizing issues or product defects.
• Requests must be submitted within 7 days after delivery.
• Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags attached, and free of stains, damage, or odor.
• Custom or personalized designs are not eligible for refound or exchange.

Return Inspection & Refund Processing
Once we receive your return/exchange request and the item has been shipped back to us, our team will need time to inspect the item and confirm its condition. After the inspection is complete, we will email you with the result before processing any approved refund or exchange.

Please allow around 1 week for the full return review and refund process after the returned item arrives at our studio.

Refund Method
As each order is individually crafted, refunds are processed with care and fairness in mind
• For order has not yet shipped, payment will be refunded to the original method.
• For approved shipped returns are refunded minus a 3% processing fee, to helping support the cost of handcrafted production while keeping prices fair for everyone. 

International Orders
Return shipping fee for international orders is the responsibility of the customer.

Hygiene Notice
Due to the intimate nature of our designs, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for any items that have been worn.

If you need to try on your outfit for sizing, please wear your own undergarments underneath. And keep the Tags attached.

International orders return costs borne by customers.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
