We ship worldwide from our studio with care.

• Free U.S. shipping on orders over $99
• Free international shipping on orders over $120
• In-stock items: estimated delivery in 2–3 weeks
• Made-to-order styles: estimated delivery in 3–4 weeks

Return Policy

Each Dreamland piece is handmade with care, which means returns can only be accepted under limited conditions:

• Sizing issues or product defects.
• Requests must be submitted within 7 days after delivery.
• Items must remain unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Custom or personalized designs are not eligible for return or refund.

Refund Method
As each order is individually crafted, refunds are processed with care and fairness in mind
• For order has not yet shipped, payment will be refunded to the original method.
• For shipped orders, refunds are issued as DreamLand store credit, which never expires and can be used toward future creations.
• A 3% processing fee applies to all approved returns, helping support the cost of handcrafted production while keeping prices fair for everyone. 

International Orders
Return shipping for international orders is the responsibility of the customer.

Hygiene Notice

Due to the intimate nature of our designs, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for any items that have been worn.

If you need to try on your outfit for sizing, please wear your own undergarments underneath.

International orders return costs borne by customers.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
